EHC to sponsor mammogram screening and salad luncheon
A mammogram screening is being sponsored by the Grant County Extension Homemakers and the University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service on the Monday, Aug. 13 from 12 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Tuesday, Aug. 14 from 7:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. The mobile unit from St. Joseph's will be located outside the Cooperative Extension Service at 202 West Pine Street.
The salad luncheon will be on Tuesday, Aug. 14 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Memorial Building. The cost is $5 per person. Take outs will be available.
There are still some mammogram appointments available. Call the Extension Office at 942-2231. Medicare and insurance will be accepted as payment and processed for you. The mammogram screening is open to all eligible persons without regard to race, color, national origin, disability, marital or veteran status, or any other legally protected status.
